The original apartment was divided in half by a hall. The entire space has been redesigned: the walls have been opened up, and perpendicular to the hall a second, longitudinal axis forming a cross has been introduced to connect the two halves. Walnut flooring follows this movement, with light flooding the space from both sides.

The bedroom is a separate entity; it leads to a custom made walk-in wardrobe. When the two double doors in the living room are closed, other areas of the apartment are cut off. When they are opened the space flows uninterrupted throughout.
